Telford Happenings is a community organization hosting more than 19 annual events designed to bring people together and support local businesses.
My Role:
I lead the marketing strategy across digital platforms, developing campaigns that connect the community to events in a clear and engaging way.
Approach:
The focus was on creating consistency across channels by aligning website content, social media, and email marketing so each piece supported the overall message. I also developed visual assets, event branding, and promotional materials to ensure a cohesive and recognizable presence.
Impact:
A more structured marketing strategy significantly increased visibility and engagement, including Facebook impressions growing from under 1,000 to over 206,000. These efforts contributed to a 48% increase in revenue over two years, along with stronger event participation and community involvement.

I supported a $2 million capital campaign and 50th anniversary rebrand, helping develop cohesive messaging across digital and print platforms.

The goal was to ensure clear, consistent storytelling across all touchpoints—from the website to campaign materials and event promotions. I worked closely with internal teams to align messaging with the organization’s mission and long-term vision.
Impact:
The Serve Every One campaign successfully reached its $2 million goal, supported by clear, consistent messaging across digital and print platforms. Website engagement also increased, with over 2,600 sessions in a 30-day period, reflecting strong ongoing community interest.
